This area is where we hope to keep you updated on any news and events going on. You can usually find these also on our facebook account.

The Pool and Café are currently open although in the light of current circumstances we will be reviewing this throughout the week and meeting again on Friday to determine if they will stay open into the weekend and next. The Climbing Wall is now closed until further notice in line with other climbing walls.

We all need to do our part during this crisis to take steps to help stop the spread of Covid-19, protect the vulnerable in our communities and reduce the impact on the NHS.  Help flatten the curve!

We would like to thank our customers for all their support during this time, there will be more information on Friday if not before in regards to Harlech and Ardudwy Leisure and whether we are able to stay open.

Please avoid visiting the centre if you are displaying any of the symptoms of COVID-19. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us on 01766780576 or email

Stay safe and keep checking back for updates.

Big Brew Event – Tradecraft Exchange

As part of the Tradecraft Fairtrade fortnight 24 February to 8 March we managed to raised over £80. As well as this it was nice to see the Cafe busy on those mornings. Following on from this at the Waterside Cafe we are now selling packs of Coffee from local coffee suppliers.

Under the cafe you’ll see that we organise themed evening meals nights and bingo events all to raise funds to keep the centre going. We also had numerous talks and lectures on a variety of subject – including talks on the old Drover Roads of Ardudwy, Bardsey Island, an evening with Eric Jones (the famous Welsh climber).

On Wednesday mornings from 10:00-12:00 the mobile Post Office will be located in the Cafe at Harlech Ardudwy Leisure

Under the main menu for News & Events we’ve also seperate links to the Rock Ardudwy Events page and the Harlech Triathlon.
